Step One
Complete the Rental Inquiry Form
The Rental Inquiry Form serves as the first step in the rental process and provides the information necessary for an initial review of your request.
Please provide the proposed date and time of your event, the nature and purpose of the event, anticipated attendance, space requirements, and primary contact information.
Once your inquiry has been received, you will be invited to schedule a Rental Consultation Meeting.

Step Two
Rental Consultation
Following submission of the Rental Inquiry Form, prospective renters are asked to schedule a Rental Consultation Meeting.
This consultation serves as the initial planning meeting and provides an opportunity to review the proposed use of the facility, discuss scheduling and logistical considerations, and establish the framework for the rental process.
Consultations are conducted by appointment only.
